Mark Sherman series
Mark has designed two models of vibraphone mallets for the serious musician. The MS1 for four mallet playing and the MS2 which
has a short shaft and oversized head for 2 mallet work. Both are on size and flex matched rattan shafts.

MS1
The Mark Sherman MS1 mallets from Salyers Percussion are designed to meet the needs of the working vibe player. They have a big sound that will sing through on solos yet never sound too harsh. They feature a large rubber inner core for a big full tone and rattan shafts that are matched by diameter and flex.
The MS1 and MS2 mallets were designed to meet the needs of Mark Sherman. In addition to being an in demand live and recording artist, Mark teaches in the Juilliard School Jazz Department.
MS2
The Mark Sherman MS2 mallets from Salyers Percussion are designed to meet the needs of the working vibe player. These mallets have an extra large head and are on shorter shafts. The large heads increase the fundamental tone and create a beautiful sound. The rattan shafts are matched by diameter and flex.
