Jovon Milford

​Jovon Milford (Percussionist) is a native of Saint Stephens, South Carolina. He attended Benedict College where he earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Music with a concentration in percussion. He also earned a Masters Degree from Ashford University in Education. Milford is currently serving as the Director of Percussion studies and the Assistant Director of Bands at Allen University. Prior to his arrival to Allen University he has taught elementary music and various high schools percussion programs and served as an Assistant Band Director. Jovon currently holds active professional memberships within the following organizations Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Band Fraternity, and The Racial Diversity Alliance Subcommittee for (PAS) Percussive Arts Society.
