SPADST

SPADST -The SPADST “Stealth Pad” was developed to meet the needs of modern percussionists.  The 12” pad features the same thin silicone surface that made Salyers Percussion pads a favorite among drummers.  The sounds pad allows you to play quitter than an actual drum while still hearing every not being played.  There is a realistic rim and a simulated snare sound mechanism inserted into the base of the pad.  The snare sound can be adjusted from wet to ultra crisp depending on your sound preference.  A Kevlar/Mylar laminate is available if you want a brighter sound and the feel of higher tensioned drum. Laminate model number LAM1.

SPAD12D

The Salyers Percussion 12" double sided, silicone pad features playing surfaces that replicate the feel of both a contemporary marching snare drum as well as concert snare/marching tenor drums. The green side is the same great, 3/16" silicone found on the classic single sided pad and it feels like a concert drum or marching tenor drum. The second side is a thinner, 1/8", white silicone that sounds more articulate and feels like a higher tension marching snare.  A kevlar/mylar laminate is also available for added articulation.  Model number LAM2
